Exciting Friends and 20 Instant Download Freebies {no hopping}

We are a sister and brotherhood ! We are teachers! It's so important that we freely share our best tips and help each other have a great school year! That's what this post is about, friendship, tips, and 20 freebies!  Yes 20 freebies to make your school year fabulous!

Friendship
This blogging community has shown me the true meaning of friendship on many occasions! They banned together and bought me a new iPad when mine was stolen, a few have quite literally {held} {my} {hands} in tough times. There have been tears of joy and sorrow.  You and I and Them… we are a community!

If you fast forward 50 years from now, I think all of us teacher-bloggers will look like this.
ha ha
And if you threw a party,
Invited everyone you knew,
You would see the biggest gift would be from me,
and the card attached would say,
“Thank you for being a friend”!

Tips:
Some of these amazing bloggers have come together to bring you a blog that has fresh ideas and goodies for your life as a 1st-2nd grade teacher.
Primary Chalkboard
We are starting our adventure with Back to School tips, a quick print eBook of 20 freebies, and giveaways.  Here was the tip I wanted to include…
1003903_631328666887066_1524229678_n
But you know I don’t actually want to encourage anyone to take prescription drugs and it’s not really funny. Though I do tell people I chew on Valium instead of chewing gum for the first week/month of school. The students are just so small and noisy and careless because they are 6. And 6 is amazing once they learn to whisper and care about their teacher’s sanity.
So I chose a second tip… close to my heart actually.
Slide2

I have to remind myself that I will love them like my own in less than a month so I just need to treat them like my own until then.

The tips at The Primary Chalkboard are amazing!

  1. Whatta a super cute post! Your buttons, slides, whatever you call them are so cute! You make me wanna teach 1st grade (or maybe I should rethink that one) ; )

Someday you're gonna have to teach me, or point me in the right direction, how to add your blog button/pic to your images. I see so many bloggers do this and have no idea how.
